Alright, since a majority of new users just joined here, I've came to the conclusion that it'd only be fair if I'd allow the unexperienced users to get experienced by giving them steps. If you pass the first segment of them, you'll get promoted to a moderator (three stars). If you pass the next and more difficult test, you get promoted to a global moderator (four stars). If you pass the third and final quiz, you get promoted to an administrator. Answering each, PM me. If I determine you pass, utter excellence! If you fail, you'll get to attempt again next month. So, failing with result in a month later, you get another chance. Fail again, it'll be impossible for you to ever become one UNLESS you start to show me you can handle a job.
So, here if you're interested in becoming an average moderator, please consider answering these steps:
1. Fill in the blank. "I'm done with this thread, it's not gonna get continued, so a mod or admin, please ____ this".
2. If a thread becomes very popular and active or becomes a "megathread", you'd often ______ it so other members can see it more.
3. What would you do to a troll? (NOTE: I don't want to see a ridiculous answer like "punish its rear", you need to be specific.)
4. To be a good moderator, you need to be fairly ______ (HINT: This is a synonym for being online quite a bit over time unless you're on vacation, or generally busy at the moment. It starts with an A.)
More coming soon! And yeah, this is no where close to being finished, particularly for the generic moderator list. There's a few more questions to add there.
EDIT: The censor is preventing me from saying PASS. ErikMouse, if you don't mind, I'm going to remove it, because it's annoying in my opinion.
